CREATE’s vision is to inspire, encourage, and support students, staff, and the business community to develop the knowledge, skills, and motivation they need to realise their potential through enterprise.

Its purpose is to enhance the enterprise and employability skills of learners to help drive innovation and growth for employers and, for those with business ideas and determination, to mentor them in the business start-up process.

To be a truly enterprising and entrepreneurial tertiary institution, University of the Highlands and Islands Inverness recognised that it was vital to develop an enterprising ecosystem to help create the necessary environment to inspire and enable a broad range of enterprise activities and development through CREATE.
