Edinburgh Innovations

Edinburgh Innovations is the University of Edinburgh’s commercialisation service that brings the University's research to industry. It works to identify ideas with value and facilitate the process of bringing them to life in real-world applications.

Working with external organisations to address your challenges, it proactively identifies, pursues, and supports opportunities in collaborative and contract research, consultancy, studentships and secondments, executive education, licensing, mentoring, and incubation.

It links the private, public, and third sectors with world-leading expertise, technologies, facilities, and funding to drive innovation. It provides enterprise space to its new businesses and external partners, and it connects them with Edinburgh's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
