Our Essential Leadership Programme will give you a detailed introduction to leadership development. You'll improve your understanding of management principles and unlock your potential as a leader.
It's ideal for new or potential leaders, or those whose businesses are at an early growth stage.
What's the structure?
The programme is delivered over three months. It's made up of four stages:
Pre-programme onboarding:
A first-stage diagnostic session, including a 360, will be undertaken with each participant. The diagnostic results will be discussed and actions to take forward will be identified and agreed
Learning phase:
These sessions will allow you to come together with like-minded individuals to come to learn, support, challenge, and inspire each other
Post-programme support and implementation:
This is a half-day session dedicated to forward action planning. With your sponsor, you'll review what you've learned, track your progress, and create an action plan with next steps
Coaching
Finally, you will have four hours of coaching to further develop your leadership skills
Programme cost
This programme is subsidised by Scottish Enterprise.
The total price for each participant is £700 plus VAT.
