What's the programme about?
This programme is a detailed introduction to leadership development. You'll get the opportunity to improve your understanding of leadership principles.
It's ideal for new or potential leaders, or those whose businesses are at an early growth stage.
The programme is delivered over three months. It's made up of four stages:
Pre-programme onboarding
Learning phase
Post-programme support
Coaching
Programmes start in August, January, and April. Costs are subsidised by Scottish Enterprise.
Our Growth Leadership Programme offers a unique approach to leadership development, with an emphasis on motivational intelligence (MQ). It's action-based and collaborative and you'll be able to measure your progress.
You'll benefit from:
A pre-programme diagnostic
Eight interactive workshops that focus on the four interconnected levels of leadership: self, team, organisation, and community
A programme completion diagnostic
Fourteen hours of one-to-one coaching to embed the learnings of the programme
The workshops are delivered throughout the year, from September to July, and are subsidised by Scottish Enterprise.
This programme will help you to develop the skills of an effective people manager and drive success within your team or business. It's designed for anyone in a supervisory role or above.
Over six full-day workshops, you'll learn:
Skills and approaches to succeed in a managerial role, now and in the future
How to apply and build a fair work framework
How employee engagement can increase productivity
How to maximise existing staff skills
How to empower individuals and teams
Programmes are delivered throughout the year, from August to June. Costs are subsidised by Scottish Enterprise.
Our wide range of events, webinars, courses, and workshop sessions can teach you practical applications and benefits of workplace innovation and fair work practices.
They can be in person, online, fully funded, or paid. They can all add value and productivity to your business and professional development.
