Leading with Change Programme

What's the programme about?

This course will equip you with the insight, strategy, and courage necessary to negotiate the challenges of leading a business.

Over six sessions, you’ll learn about the cognitive (IQ), emotional (EQ), and motivational (MQ) facets of intelligence, and discover why they are essential in creating sustainable business changes.

We’ll challenge you to ask yourself:

• What do I need to change?
• Is my network diverse enough to grow successfully?
• Do I have the courage and ambition to abandon past practices?

What's the structure?

Each session will guide you on how to start the change process, when to do this, and how to lead through uncertainty and times of transformation.

• Session 1: The change dilemma — embracing human intelligence in the change process
• Session 2: Managing the change process
• Session 3: Deep dive into leading with change
• Session 4: Exploring key change leadership concepts
• Session 5: In depth exploration and interactive learning
• Session 6: Strategic development and collaborative learning

You'll emerge from the programme not just ready to face change but to embrace it, inspire it, and lead it.

Cost

The total cost for each participant is £700 plus VAT.

The workshops are delivered throughout the year and are subsidised by Scottish Enterprise.

The workshops are held in various locations during the year, in-person and online.
