Response
1. On 11.03.2020 a communication was sent to all staff, strongly encouraging them to take up the offer of working from home. Employees attending the office reduced significantly at this time, but figures were not recorded, hence section 17 of FOISA applies. All Scottish Enterprise offices subsequently closed on 22.03.2020 and have remained closed since, hence all staff have been working from home from that date.
2. Between 02.03.2020 and 19.06.2020 there were 21 staff absent due to Covid 19. Please note all Covid 19 absences were suspected only, there were no confirmed Covid 19 cases.
There are currently no staff off work due to Covid 19 as at 19.06.2020.
3. The tables at appendix A show the % of working days lost due to absence per week from 02.03.2020 until 14.06.2020.
4. Scottish Enterprise has not furloughed any member of staff.
