I am writing to request details on Blazing Keep Ltd (BK).
In March 2022 Other Creditors in the BK balance sheet stood at £7 million pounds and in March 2023 that figure had reduced to £2.6 million pounds. My question: Did Scottish Enterprise transfer their loans to equity?
In September 2024 BK made a further allotment of shares – did Scottish Enterprise participate in terms of buying some or all of these shares?
Alongside other private sector investors, Scottish Enterprise (as is our model) converted part of our convertible loan notes (CLNs) into equity, as disclosed in the Blazing Keep accounts for 31/3/23.
