The role
As an essential part of our fast-paced team, you’ll manage crucial administrative functions across an innovative portfolio.

- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Science and Technology team by coordinating meetings and helping to deliver impactful events
- Crafting compelling reports, success stories, briefings and presentations to showcase our achievement
- Owning team information resources on SharePoint, and handling project tracking through Microsoft Dynamics
- Supporting procurement activities, as well as assist with budget management to ensure resources are used effectively
- Building strong relationships across Scottish Enterprise to foster team communication and collaboration
- Maintaining fresh, engaging digital assets and web content
Who we're looking for
To join us, you’ll need a SCQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in business administration, together with a proven track record in providing first-rate administrative support.
You’ll also bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and Dynamics
- Experience of working directly with external stakeholders in a customer-facing environment
- Outstanding organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus an ability to build strong relationships
- A self-motivated mentality, as well as the flexibility to thrive in a fast-changing setting
- Proof of managing small-scale projects independently, or of contributing effectively to larger initiatives
