DSL Business Finance Ltd was established in 1993 and is a not-for-profit alternative finance provider that deliver a range of loan products to startup and existing businesses in Scotland.

The provider is fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is the Business Support Partner for the Start Up Loan Company in Scotland and the Fund Manager of smaller loans for the British Business Bank's Investment Fund for Scotland.

DSL Business Finance Ltd is accredited by the British Business Bank for the Growth Guarantee Scheme. DSL's loan features include loans from £500 to £100,000, no early repayment fees or hidden charges, clients are allocated a dedicated Loan Officer, repayment terms are between one and five years, and lump sum repayments are permitted without charge.
