Highland Venture Capital was formed in 2006 with the aim of providing a source of equity finance for growing or new-start businesses.
Highland Venture Capital are looking for companies that need between £75,000 and £500,000, are ideally based and operate from the Highlands, or operate in Scotland.
The syndicate currently comprises of around 30 investor members, but is actively seeking to increase its membership. The syndicate is happy to invest on its own, or to co-invest alongside others, both in the first round or in subsequent rounds of funding.
